The name of the collection declares its core material: the plaid fabric. It was introduced in 2019, for the season AW20/21.

The plaid is a staple of the home wardrobe, used in winter to snuggle on the sofa.

The old blanket, usually in wool and with a check pattern, is handed down, from grandparents to their children and grandchildren.

‘Plaid’ was also the name of the ‘ancestor’ of the Scottish kilt: a rectangle of fabric draped and pleated on the body to allow to work comfortably in the moorlands.

These are the reasons why the typical pattern and shape of the plaid becomes the starting point for developing acts of constructing, cutting and folding, which result in garments that compose a unisex wardrobe, without sizes.
